Loan Applications

Newfield National Bank requires the following information to process your loan request:

All Loan Applications:

• Completed Application
• Two most recent pay stubs

For all loans secured with Real Estate:

• Completed Application
• Two most recent pay stubs
• Copy of most recent real estate tax bill
• Copy of Deed to property being offered as collateral
• Copy of Homeowner's insurance policy, and flood insurance policy (if applicable)
• Most recent year end tax return (if loan request is over $20,000.00)

For all auto, truck, boat, etc. loan applications:

• Copy of Dealer's invoice
• Completed application
• Two most recent pay stubs

Loan Applications:

• Consumer Credit Application
• Home Equity Credit Application
• "Helping Hand" Consumer Credit Application
